Excellent and fast service. The salesman (I forgot his name sorry) came out the next day to measure my windows. He was friendly and proficient! My shutters came in pretty quickly to my surprise and the installation was fast and easy. Christian and Caleb were friendly and knowledgeable about how to install the shutters on a second floor window (at least 14 feet up) without scaffolding! IWS was recommended to us by our builder. We had them come out and measure, and ordered shades for our telescoping slider, shutters, and blackout shades for bedrooms. There was a little mix up with our sales rep and the order, but Stephen, one of the owners, came out to us within 48 hours of learning about the issue. His attention to detail was top notch, and he resolved the issue. We are so pleased with our purchase and very happy we went with IWS. They are a family business and truly care about their customers. She listened and answered all our questions and concerns. She kept us posted on our order and install date. Keeping in mind that all this was done pretty much during Covid-19 everything was completed in time. This time, we put plantation shutters throughout the house, so it was a larger job. Janine was our salesperson & her measurements were spot on. We interviewed two shutter companies and Margaret, our saleswoman with IWS, presented the best options for our wants, needs and windows. Christian, Caleb and crew literally just now left our house after installing plantations downstairs. We are beyond impressed! We were referred to IWS Shutters by a neighbor. From the moment we walked into their showroom to today when the shutters were installed we have had nothing but courteous, punctual, and professional service. Steven and his son came for the measurements last month and Amed & Ed completed the install today…..we ordered 14 sets of shutters and it was a perfect fit in EVERY window…..the shutters took some time to make, but the wait was worth it!! These are top-of-the-line products that we would recommend to everyone. Very satisfied and Highly Recommend.

I honestly wish I could give a 5 star review but, I cannot. I was referred to IWS by a close friend that had recently ordered from them. I called the salesperson and made an appointment. Everything went rather smoothly until installation day and then it had nothing to do with the install team, they were terrific. The problem lies with the bypass shutters we ordered for our sliding glass doors, the salesperson told us the shutters would be divided on a 70/30, 80/20 or something similar split. Meaning the upper part could remain open while the lower portion remained closed for privacy. We left it at the salespersons call. When the bypass shutters arrived they are split 50%/50%, not at all what we’d discussed. Plantation shutters are not cheap and if you order from this company or any other, get their proposal in writing even if it’s not firmed up. I called the salesperson who in turn called the owner and they didn’t seem too interested in helping me fix the problem. The salesperson also informed me about their referral program, which I did. Nothing has come of that either. Although, I love my new shutters, I wish they had been manufactured as we had originally discussed. I do believe there is a way to fix the bypass shutters to where I would be happier but, the company doesn’t seem to be interested in fixing the problem.Christian and Caleb were my install team and they were both very professional and clearly communicated what the process was as they completed their tasks. They were neat and clean and cleaned up afterwards, they did a fantastic job and are assets to the company. BRAVO on a job well done.
